Bath Community Sevens...

In the summer of 2008 the event exchange sponsored one of the corporate teams who took part in the Bath Rugby Community Foundation Sevens tournament. 12 corporate teams from Bath and the surrounding area took part in this fun charity event to raise funds for the Community Foundation.

The Community Foundation works with children of all ages in the local area, in particular those who are at risk of becoming socially disruptive and those excluded or potentially excluded from school, to promote development and health through rugby coaching, education, confidence building projects and player appearances. Bath Rugby players are heavily involved with the Foundation’s work and act as role models to children who come from a variety of backgrounds.
