In order to fulfil our role as a full service event agency, the event exchange works with a number of trusted partners to provide event support services such as graphic design, audiovisuals, transport, official hospitality packages and branded merchandise.

Over the many years working with these companies the event exchange has developed a strong and trusted working relationship with the following companies who enable us to provide the complete solution for your needs. Whilst we do not work exclusively with them, they demonstrate the bond which the event exchange seeks to develop with clients and suppliers alike.

Paligap

Paligap is a creative agency based in Ayr in Scotland. They specialise in creating strategic brand building ideas and integrate them across all channels including web, press, TV, radio, outdoor, direct mail and email.

For event exchange, Paligap are primarily responsible for the design and maintenance of our website and delegate registration sites. But they also help us develop our brand and produce our graphics, including our Christmas cards.

In partnership with Paligap we are able to offer our clients graphic design for delegate registration sites and also printed materials such as posters, conference brochures, invitations and menu cards etc. Paligap have a high level of experience and expertise and always produce vibrant and exciting graphics that capture the recipients’ interest both online and in high quality print format.

All About Flights

As the event exchange is not ATOL bonded we ourselves are not able to book flights on behalf of our clients. In order to fill this gap in our service we work very closely with All About Flights.

Company Director, Kathy Bradley, has over 20 years experience in the Airline Industry starting her career with British Airways. Her organisation provides specialist flight logistics to the corporate world providing solutions to complex movements whilst ensuring our clients have the best possible rates using all of the major airlines.
