As well as helping in carrying out the time consuming venue finding process, the event exchange also specialise in offering project management to their clients. For years clients have been benefiting from the experience and skills of event exchange to aid in the smooth running of events from the booking stage leading up to the date of the event.
In project managing each event we carry out the day to day maintenance, liaising with all of the various venues and suppliers but offering one point of contact to our clients. We will produce a comprehensive but understandable confirmation document which will detail all of the arrangements for the event.
We can also offer centralised accounting. Meticulously checking all invoices and paying for all of the variables on your behalf. In turn you only receive one itemised invoice for everything and safe in the knowledge that we operate a completely open book accounting policy.
By allowing us to take the stress out of managing our clients events, they in return get given back their valuable time to concentrate on other work, as well as making sure they are not in the office before the milkman delivers, and out before the cleaners arrive!
