The company has grown thanks to its dedication to providing a personal service to all of its clients, getting to know and understand our clients and building up a personal rapport with each one. The success of our approach is evident from our high level of client retention, with many of our founding clients still working with us today.
We truly believe that by not being a London or City based agency is a benefit to our clients. By being in the country our overheads are lower which means we don’t have to charge our clients exorbitant fees to make a profit. But also we believe the tranquillity of our location gives us a more composed and focused approach as well as inspiring creativity.
Over the years we have built up a varied client base across a diverse range of industries. This has made us stronger through not having all of our eggs in one basket, so no dependency upon the success of one industry. But also working on a greater variety of events broadens our horizons, increases our experience and develops a wider pool of skills that translate across industry boundaries.
As important as establishing strong bonds with clients, the event exchange can also boast an extensive network of contacts within the industry; in hotels, venues and all other suppliers.
This means we are the first to hear of any new destinations, hotels, ideas and concepts which we can pass on to our clients, as well as being able to reach out to a very wide market and get fast responses to our clients’ enquiries. With the combined purchasing power that we posses we are able to negotiate the best rates and value for the benefit of our clients.
Working off the core building blocks of the company the Directors have built up a strong and efficient team. Each member benefits from the unique guidance and experience of the Directors, but also brings in their own new skills and ideas to create a very dynamic relationship. Most importantly the team works very closely together in the aim of delivering the very best customer experience and personal service.
In order to continue to deliver its promises the Directors of event exchange have always been keen to keep the business compact. Determined not to lose focus of the core factors of its success and its ability to offer the personal service to its clients, the company has remained perfectly formed in size.
We know that we do not have to be large to think big. The close-knit team at event exchange has the ability to share and learn from each other, coming up with big ideas. Our close working relationship means we have the capacity to deliver big ideas and create your event solutions.
Whilst we thrive on the success of each and every individual event, it is always nice to receive industry recognition. The event exchange is proud to have won both Silver and Bronze Awards in the category of Best Event Management Company (Less than 40 employees) of the M&IT Awards 2008 and 2009. This recognition is especially important to us on the basis that they are voted for by anyone in the industry, including our clients and suppliers.
